Austin Otto Nyc, NY

Austin Otto is a Photographer, Cinematographer & Editor based in NYC.  He lived  in the Rocky Mountains of Idaho and remote Islands of Prince William Sound Alaska in youth.

With his first Sony 8mm Handicam at age 10, capturing life and creating art quickly became a passion.  At age 20 he traveled across the North American continent in his Subaru from Anchorage AK to New York City to begin an exciting life and career in front of and behind the camera.  

He found himself shooting his first fashion film for Essential Homme at age 21 while working as a model represented by New York Model Management, a working relationship thriving to this day .  

Dramatic and immersive cinematography mark his visual astetic and a classic organic editing style with sharp cuts sew his stories together seamlessly.

Today his projects range from high fashion marketing content to action oriented automotive vignettes and experimental art films.
